Performance testing is most useful when runs are repeatable, results are comparable, and changes are easy to investigate. That usually requires attention to infrastructure, data quality, reporting, and the feedback loops around test results.
I work on tooling and workflows in this area, with an emphasis on practical systems that engineers can understand and operate.
